９月入学となると、私立の進学校と、公立校の教育格差は、更に、広がるのである。

11. The only way/ to resolve the academic gap is/ to resume schools/
　　　　　学力格差解消の唯一の方法は、
　　　（ resolve → ～を解決する。　academic → 学問の　　resume → 再開する）

as soon as possible/ with all ingenuity.
　　　　工夫を凝らして、1日でも早く、学校を再開する事である
　　　（ as soon as possible → できるだけ早く　　ingenuity → 創意工夫）

12. When schools are reopened,/ it's essential/
　　　　　　学校再開に際しては、
　　　　（ reopen → 再び開く　　essencial →　必要不可欠な）

to keep social distancing/ and ensure safety.
　　　　　　social distancing　を守り、安全を確保する事が、不可欠である
　　　　（ ensure → ～を確実にする）
