widespread →　広範囲に及ぶ、広くいきわたる、

b) When we put/ " Social distancing "/ into Japanese,
　　　　" Social distancing " を、日本語に訳すと、

it means/ " Keep distance from people/ and avoid contact.
　　　　人と距離を置いて、接触を避ける事、と言う意味になるよ。

　　　put A into B →　A を B に翻訳する　　　keep distance →　距離を保つ
　　　avoid → 避ける contact →　接触
