( この所、外はもちろん、家の中でも暑いですね　）
　　　as well → 同じように

2. How do you escape/ from the heat/ in your house?
　（皆さんは、どのようにして、家の中での暑さ対策は、どうやっていますか？）
　　escape from A → Aから逃れる

3. My way of escaping from the heat in my house/ is as follows.
　（私の家での避暑方法は、以下の通りです。）
as follows → 以下の通りです。

a) First,/ I wear sleeveless shirt / wet with water.
(まず、水で濡らしたノースリーブのシャツを着ます。
　　　ノースリーブのシャツ→　sleevwless shirt

b) Second, / I turn an electric fan/ on the sleeveless shirt.
　　（次に、ノースリーブのシャツに扇風機をかけます。

c) By this way,/ it's OK/ until 31 degrees centigrade.
　　　（こんな方法で、31℃　までは、ＯＫです。
