　　　　大阪では、6月1日から、学校の授業が再開されるんだ
　　　　（ resume → 再開する）

As a measure/ to prevent the spread of coronavirus,/
　　　　　コロナウイルスの、飛沫感染対策として、
　　　（ as → ～として、　prevent → 防ぐ　spread → 広がり、拡散）

大阪　City/ will distribute face shield/ to all teachers and students
　　　　大阪市は、全ての教師、生徒に、フェイスシールドを配布するんだ
　　　　（ distribute → 配布する）
