9月入学案 １－１
１．The plan for September admission/ has emerged/
学業遅れの打開策として、９月入学案が、浮上している ( admission → 入学,入場 )
as a way to overcome/ learning delays.
（ way→ 方法、 overcome → 打ち勝つ、 delay → 遅れ）
2. Those who don't know the world/ are only thinking/
世の中を知らない人たちは、
about the benefits/ of September admission.
９月入学の利点のみを、考えている ( benefit → 利益、利点 )
3. As for September admission,/ we have to think/
９月入学について、 私達は、 ( as for A → Ａに関しては）
about the following matters.
以下の点を考えないといけない ( following → 次の、次に述べる。 matter → 問題 ）
a) the real cause/ of the learning delay.
学業遅れの真の原因 （cause → 原因 ）
b) financial burden
財政的負担 ( financial → 財政的な、財政上の。 burden → 負担、重荷）
c) institutional issues
制度上の問題 ( institutional → 制度上の。 issue → 問題）
*財政的負担は、公的負担のみならず、半年間の親の負担も含む
