　　　line up → (~に沿って）並ぶ check out → (勘定を払って）出る
in order to do(動詞の原形）→ ～するために

　　　その為に、床に、2メートル間隔で、カラーテープが、貼ってあります。

　　　therefore →　その様なわけで affix → 貼る


7. In addition,/ in the medical clinic,/ the number of reception counters/
　　　更に、　　　　　クリニックでは、

that are separated/ by the transparent vinyl curtains/ has increased.
　　　透明の、ビニールのカーテンで、仕切られた受付カウンターの数が多くなりました。。

　　　in addition → 更に、 reception counter → 受付カウンター separate → 分ける、仕切る
　　　increase → 増える、増加する


8. This is also a measure/ to prevent each other's infection.
　　　これも又、お互いの感染を防ぐ、一つの方策ですね。

　　　measure → 方法、方策　prevent → 防ぐ infection → 感染
